A rare pair of "Essex Crystal" intaglio Cufflinks depicting a horse & jockey.C.1934 The unusual "Carlson" link mechanism marked with a Patent number 1950711.
	"Essex Crystal" items of Jewelry are made of Rock Crystal carved and engraved from behind and then hand painted, these beautiful pieces have been produced from Victorian times and came to an end in the 1930s.
The body of the cufflink is stamped with a Patent number; 1950711.
	On the left can be seen an illustration of the original 1934 Patent for the rare link mechanism used in these very attractive 1930s cufflinks.
